These Terms govern use of BulkCSV, operated by CC IT Solutions. By installing or using BulkCSV, you agree to these Terms and to the BulkCSV Privacy Policy.

The service

BulkCSV provides tools to review, import, export, back up, and manage selected Shopify store data. Available resources and features can vary by plan and are shown in the app.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you submit, the accuracy of spreadsheets, keeping access to your Shopify account secure, and reviewing previews and confirmations before making live changes. You must have the rights and authority to use any data or connected storage account with BulkCSV.

Backups, restores, and limits

BulkCSV provides safeguards such as previews, history, and restore-ready snapshots for supported resources. Backups and restores are not a substitute for your own business-continuity process. You should independently verify critical store changes and retain copies of important data.

Plans and billing

Paid public-app subscriptions are billed through Shopify where available. Plan limits, feature availability, and prices are displayed in the app or Shopify’s plan selection flow. You can manage applicable Shopify subscriptions through Shopify.

Acceptable use

You may not use BulkCSV to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or submit harmful code or files.

Service availability and liability

BulkCSV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every import, export, backup, or third-party connection will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of BulkCSV.
